Eligible for Refund
- Payment verification fails and the order is cancelled before fulfillment.
- Item is not delivered within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy and cannot subsequently be delivered.
- Item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from a genuine Kuchh Bhi mystery item (reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video evidence).
- Duplicate or accidental payment for the same order.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Dissatisfaction with the specific mystery item received, where the item is genuine, undamaged, and consistent with the value tier purchased — this is the nature of the Kuchh Bhi mystery product and is disclosed in our Terms before purchase.
- Change of mind after the order has been packed or dispatched.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI) within 7–10 business days of approval. Our team will update your order status to "Refund Pending" and then "Refunded" once processed.
